Final drive capacity on a Nomad

I want to change the lube in the "final drive or rear" what ever you call it on a motorcycle.

Draining it looks easy enough. The question is... when I fill it is it like a car, fill it til the fluid runs out the fill hole?

Thanks
Patrick

Yep, exactly. Place a 2x4 under your kickstand and fill till up to threads. Holds around 6.75oz. I use Walmart Synthetic 75w-140. $10/qt and good for 4 changes..

Thanks, I thought that was the way but I would rather be safe than mess something up.
