just passed 10k

took a trip to the Mts. this weekend, and man was nice, beautiful views, nice weather, and finally put 10k on her and still running strong

. I'll have to post some pics, and vid from the trip,.... had the wife video a little. Well I know the whole thing sounds corny but, hey what can I say it was my first trip that far, and to top it off, it was in the Mts.

2000 vulcan 800
v/h str shots w/o baf.
other than that stock (for now, just waiting for our other house to sell)

I have an 07 900 classic that I bought new off the show room floor in April this year and I already have 10500 showing on odometer as of this morning when I rode in to work. Runs great. I've already replaced both tires with Metzler ME880's. Pappie

dont worry, im just as lame. this was my 2006 1600 classic back in june this year.

i just hit 14k a little bit ago.

is it like watching someone grow up?

A 2000? Sounds like you need to get out and ride more. I sold my '05 with 14K in April I have 4K on my '08, and this is low by some people's standards.

Pics would be appreciated. I got up there the first of August and hope to go back before the leaves are all gone. May have to be just a quick ride out, spend the night and back home the next day but hoping something will work out. What part of NC are you from?

That's cool I have only had my bike for 6 weeks and have over 7000 miles on it......I will be at 10 by next Monday...at least I will try since I am Riding from NC to Daytona.

Got my license in late March of this year, and my bike will break 10,000 by the end of this week. I ordered my new back tire, but it hasn't shown up yet. I did get my super-duper winter pants, so maybe I break 20K by our anniversary?
