Default Love my new Kuryakyn Widow Pegs!

One problem with my stock VN900C was keeping my short little legs and feet on the pegs. I got in the habit of hooking my toes under the shifter and brake pedal. Now I have these Kuryakyn Widow Pegs, the tread on the bottom of my boots meshes with the rough top on the pegs and gives me all sorts of comfy positions.

Well it doesn't show well at that angle I guess... there's a black widow spider in the middle with the red hourglass on it's tail. But it has this wicked stinger coming out the front, which isn't very realistic. I like'em.

Cool pegs! I would like to replace my stock ones with some Kuryakyn pegs but I'm confused by the different types of peg adapters. I see splined adapter mounts, male mounts, and peg adapters. Which kind did you use on your 900C?

Kuryakyn Front Footpeg Adapters for Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom (pair)

seems expensive until you look closely and see what goes into making something like that.

you need the correct kuryakyn peg adapter for your bike.

just go to meancycles and look at their footpegs, the ones for the 900 Custom are easilly labelled. You need a different adapter for the drivers pegs and the passenger ones, but i think you can use either peg for driver or passenger...
