Cool Vulcans with Over $2500 Worth of Accessories!

$150 Lowering Kit
$100 Black Widow Pegs

$135 Cobra II Chrome Billet Headlight

This is why I named my bike the Black Widow. It is eating her husband alive with all of the money i'm spending on her!

Who else has over $2500 of accessories? Pictures?

The reason why I itemized them out its because I need to go to Progressive and get insurance, so I itemized what everything costs on my bike of upgrades. I'm going to tell her I need $3000 of upgrade coverage because I'm getting the last part of the list within the next 1 or 2 months.

I'd figure I could make a thread and see what everyone else has spent on their bikes. I know greeneyess82 has a lot of money into his. I know that "The Temptress" has a lot of money in her too. What a beautiful bike they both have. Robb also has an awesome 900. I'm kinda jealous of Steve's bike too. That thing is sweet lookin without the stupid side bags. I wish I would've gotten the Hypercharger Pro-R too.

I think it's awesome how we as Vulcan owners can have so much fun tweaking our bikes out and have so much imagination. I applaud everyone who has made their ride a personal design of what they wanted.

To each their own but I could never spend that much on just some shiny accessories. I got less 1K in mine. Less is more. If you know how to do it you don't have to spend thousands to get people to notice it.

You should ask your agent. Will I need receipts to make a claim. If a claim is made do I get replacement cost or acv(actual Cash value)If acv that means you get the depreciated value. Just like the value of your bike goes down with time, the value of your add on do if ACV.

I can put tons of neon streamers on my bike to make people notice it.

I dont do the things on my bike for people to notice it. I do the things to my bike because I like the add-ons. I'm not putting the stuff on to impress a bunch of people I don't know.

I like to have fun and see what I can do with things. I have totally customized my Toyota Corolla and installed neons, leds, in dash computer system and sound system with a dvd player for myself because it represents me. I'm a computer geek who likes to tweak with things.

Just because you dont do things to your bike doesnt mean its ok to knock down other people who do. I enjoy motorcycles as a hobby. That includes riding, getting to know people, having fun at events, going on solo rides to get away from it all, and I also like it because I get to customize my bike and have fun with it.

All of my accessories were bought with cash money. I didn't break the bank so that I can impress people. These are just add-ons that I have fun with, with my extra hard earned cash.

Sorry for the rant. I just want to share why I have aftermarket accessories and its not because of other people. It's for me.

I've got a set of hard bags, a fairing/stereo and a new seat, that alone adds up to about $2500 thinking I need to do a new set of bars this winter, maybe next summer.
