Exclamation 2004 KX65 Sputtering at beginning of take off?

When taking off it seems to be sputtering alot then at mid range , power band kicks in and its good. Is this normal? Just got bike and our first 2 stroke in along time. Any help would be great. Thanks

are you babying it like trying to just idle along if so then ya its a 2 stroke ment to be riddin in the power band it might be gitting too much or not enough fuel
