    greetings,

    i just bought a used 2003 kx100 in great shape. does anyone know if there is a( how to) website to adjust the brake or install new pads.

    No, they are copyrighted and are not available for free as far as I know.
    You can find them on eBay or just about any motorcycle shop.

    Doesn't make it legal but you can find them.
