Here is a link to my photos I have a couple of videos and look at the difference between the looks of my bike since I have had it powder coated. I have polished everything myself on my GSXR (sold) and the swing arm on my KX250.

If you want to find out call this guy his company is Lone Star Customs his number is 817-899-1493 he should be able to tell you. When I was at the motocycle show a couple of months ago the color is perfect to Bubba Stewarts bike that they had on display there. It was his older one being the new ones have the aluminum frame. The pictures I have do not do justice of how good it looks. Since I have had it done whatever track I go to people think that its is like a 01 or 02.

why would he want a 2stroke?to go slower? i used to be a die hard 2stroker.but once you feel the power and torque of a 4stroke you wont look back.so much easier to ride fast.

The power band is too easy to use! You gotta work to get your speed! I like 4 strokes, but for screwing around you cant touch the 2 Stroker's fun powerband.

Actually many people go faster on a 250 2 stroke than they do on a 450 4 stroke.

Well I went riding today on this flat strip of dirt rode to try and get use to a bike again. The 250 has some awesome power(I'm coming from an XR80 and 7'ish years of no riding.). I just snapped a few pictures because I was there to ride not have a photo shoot.

Nice KX 85/100 griff...i'm sure your son enjoys it. The graphics look cool and the bike is in pristine cond...i'll take some pics of mine once i get it fixed and get all of the plastic back on...

I read one of your previous post today about the bike not idling right and you when up on the stock pilot jetting i think from 45 to 48 and it fixed the problem...i'll be getting my leaner jets on monday and hopefully that will fix mine...
