What is wrong with your current forks?
I know that 1991 - 1995 forks will bolt properly into the 1992 KX250 clamps, but the hub changed in 1993, so the axle mounting area MAY be different on the 1993 - 1995 models. Be sure to check the front brake cable routing, as it is different on different years and may require a different brake cable and/or caliper.
