Default KX250 what Sprocket Size

i have been searching the net cant find so i thought id ask here

what is the stock sprocket size on a 2007 kx250?

i had a kx250 05 model first bike in 10years i gave it up for a 4bangger wich i dont like i only gave up the 2smoker cause i had a really bad accident on it then was afraid of it but i miss the 2smoker so what tricks are there that i could tame down a kx250 2smoker

Problem is with my 05 model the front end was always comming up i couldnt keep it down most of the time i like speed more then raw power but i like a good combination

what size sprockets would you guys reccomend

riding style just trails odd jump just mainly to have fun nothing serious

so basically what can i do to tame the monster i dunno if my old 05 had the stock size sprockets or not as i dont know what size they came with

Thanks

go to kawasaki.com and go to the parts diagram it will tell u there,

I run a 12t front and standard rear on little tight tracks but run a 15t front on long dirt road rides 15t is really tight to get chain on though, i think standard is 14t but mines is a 96 dunno if they would be differant. i think 1t down on the front is supposed to be equivelant to 3 up on the rear

13/51 is stock. if you want to tame it, and won't be racing, you could go with a 14 in the front or a 48 in the rear to make each gear a little taller and make the hit a little less abrubt. A flywheel weight is THE ticket for these bikes.

i usually use an 11, but I have a 13 on this bike, and it still hauls. More weight will give you smoother power and better traction, but will soften a bit of the zippiness, too.

I would drop 2 teeth on the rear, add a flywheel, and switch to a FMF torque pipe. That should tame it down a bit, and the pipe should move some of the top end surge down to the bottom where you will use it.

im using an 10oz on my cr, with 14t front and 55 rear. smooth but lots of traction acceleration takes a bit to really pull though.

now im running a 14 tooth front and 55 rear is more teeth slower top speed and faster acceleration or more top speed and less acceleration?
