How Do I Tell If My Reeds Are Bad In My Bike They Have Not Been Changed Since I Had The Bike Its Probably The Reason It Does Not Want To Start Any Help On Whatto Do

Your bike probably does not start because you fried the ignition module when you welded the flywheel to the crank.

lol yeait tried to crank last night i have to keep kicking like my life depends on it but the reeds are not cracked or anything they look asif there peeling or something is that normal

Not normal, but if they are still sealing it should still start.
Seems like you've got a LOT of issues with that bike, and as much as people are trying to help you on the forum, with so many issues, you could chase problems and replace parts all summer and never get it running. At this point, I would suggest taking it to a shop where someone who knows what he's doing can fix it right.

how do i know if the cdi box is bad and my spark plug looks as if its not gettin any smoke on it from the piston its still clean what is that i might just sell the bike an stick to my other bikes its just thats my first big bike dont want to let it go you know

Like I said before...
Take it to someone who knows what they're doing. You don't, and you have WAY too many things wrong with that bike for ANYONE to try to troubleshoot over the internet. You can test to see if you're getting spark by removing the spark plug, resting the threaded part on the engine casing, and cranking the engine. If you're getting spark, that's good. Problem is, if you're NOT getting spark, it could be the coil, could be the CDI, could be the stator... there's a half dozen things that could cause the problem.
