Cut the ends of the bars off Jimmy. They are hollow it is just a cap. A hacksaw works but i use a chopsaw with a carbide blade, go slow and cuts like a hot knife through butter. If i am correct the stock bars are a little wide for woods riding. I cut my bars down to 31in or less. Even amount on both sides of course.
Btw. How have ya been?

I think there is an anti-vibrations insert in the bars.

anti-vibration huh..i was wondering why those inserts are in there. THey could have put threads in the dang hole then i could have just screwed the handguards into that.I dont have the right tools. Dirtbikes aint easy. When you guys coming back to HP!

Just cutem Jimmy. I can't believe your stock bars are still straight, mine didn't last 2 rides.
As far as Highland park goes, we are gonna be back there Sept. 27th and 28th Of course getting there the 26th to set up, drink some or alot and tell some lies about the last time we were there. You still have my #. Give me a call if so.
