Default kmx 125 throttle cable

i just bought a kmx 125 but i took the seat off and theres lyk the end of a throttle cable just sitting there it joins up 2 the throttle cable about half way where is this end ment to go theres the 1 that controls the throttle what about the other 1

Yep, it controls the pump, but its better to take the pump off and blank it off and premix it because 9/10 of the seized KMX's i've seen (including mine before I bought it) is because the chain has come off and snapped the little lug on the bottom of the 2t oil tank that the pipe sits on and people dont notice it meaning the engine gets no oil and seizes.

May I ask what you are using the bike for (road/field bike...).
