Is There a FAQ for Bike Shopping ?

Hi All

I am in the process of looking for a bike right now . I am wanting something between new and 2/3/4 years old . I am going to have to ride it to the trails so it has to be street legal ( Like a KLX250S ) . What are the prefix letters for Kawasaki for their enduro type , street legal bikes for previous years ? This girl I know is buying right now as well and she was wondering why the KLX 140 doesn't have mirrors and lights like its bigger brother the 250 . She's small and that 140 would have been perfect . Sorry for the newb questions .

I know that in PA for a bike to be street legal it must have an engine 250cc or bigger.
