what model is my 1999 kx250
hi thanks in advance for any help you give me my suspension linkage is broken on my kx 250 1999 i have located a new one it is off a 2002 bike i asked the seller if it would go on my bike he replied the 2002 bike is a 023 model does any one know if the 023 model went back to the 1999 bike thanks SHAUN.

WOW! Look on eBay for someone who will ship there. That is high to me.
Check the parts diagrams on the kawasaki.com site to compare parts numbers between your bike and other models.

yeh, i would just look on ebay for alot of parts, there seems to be alot of people on there who break bikes alot, even saw a 07 model once that the guy said it needed a top end rebuild but he didnt have time to do it, so he broke the whole bike down an was selling parts really cheap, more money than sense i think?

Hi,shaun,I see that the bike you have is a kx 250 L1(1999).The part number for the suspension linkage for your bike is listed as 39007-1277. The part number for the 2002 model(L4) is listed as 39007-1301. The top pic is the 1999 and the second pic is the 2002 model.Although they look the same,you can see on Kawasaki.com's website the full part numbers,just look in the "owner info" section then "parts diagrams".  http://  Hope this helps,failing that,I'll see you at work on Monday ha ha
