Should I put locktite on my linkage and swingarm bolts? These will be all new bolts and screws. I don't want them to come off as I land

Use the light blue color loctite as the red is more permanate and requires heat(like popane torch) to remove. Go to Henkel AG & Co.KGaA for more info

I have a small bottle of Yellow Loctite. Not sure the stregth though.

we put a drop of service removable loctite on all of our bolts , have not lost one yet !

Loctite has several yellow products. Loctite 577? If so, that's just coarse thread sealer. You could also have yellow loctite contact cement or adhesive activator. You want 242 blue thread locker.

Do you have to use the activator cleaner they mention to clean the bolts before you use loctite? First time user, so pardon the question.

Just spray the bolts with brake cleaner,let dry and apply the Loctite. It will set up over night or quicker when heated.

Yeah it cant hurt to use some, but what ever you do dont use red loctite! someone had put red loctite on my clutch nut main nut and on the flywheel nut. It took me ages to get them off.
