Default Kx Cdi

On an 89 kx125 cdi dose the black wire go the the coil, the black/yellow go to the ground and is the middle black/white wire for the kill switch?
Also dose it matter if the black/red and black/white wires are mixed between the stator and cdi because that is how my motor came? Do I have to match the wires?
Any help would be grate.
