Default kx125 weird problem

So I finish installing my new top end and im kickin over the bike tryin to get it started. and all of a sudden i go to kick it again and the bike rolls forward. so im thinkin maybe it just poped itself into gear, so i go to pull in the clutch and nothing. Nothing is siezed in the top end but its like the bike wont go out of gear. when i try to roll the bike forward I can only go very slowly cause the piston moves up and down. any ideas?

If the bike is not wormed up you can’t start it in gear it will give you the problem that you have now. So try to take it out of gear and kick it again if that does not work try to push start it.

i wasnt trying to start the bike in gear. it was in neutral and was kicking fine. on like the 6th kick it was like it had put itself into gear. even with the clutch held in the bike still moves forward when i try to kick it

Is it in gear now or is it in neutral? If its in neutral the tranny could be seized due to lack of oil?

yeah thats what i thought, it was in neutral when i was kicking it and then all of a sudden it was like it was in gear, never touches the clutch or the shifter and now it wont go out of gear. I thought it might of been siezed but i made sure i filled up the tranny with oil before i tried kicking it over. however whatever gear its in now it shouldent matter because when i pull in the clutch it dosent do anything. so now im thinking that the clutch just went. when riding it before the rebuild it would always clunk into first gear pretty hard and jump forward a little.
