heres my question and sorry if it has been answered in another part of the forum.
i have a 3 week old 2008 kx450f and i dont race, but rather climb hills in ky. Each time i walk off a hill oil flows out of the crankcase breather tube on the left hand case like water. I have to pretty much carry an extra quart of oil beacause so much comes out. Any other people have this problem, or know any solutions. i thought about putting a one way valve similar to the vent tube on the fuel cap or rerouting the hose higher up so its less likely to come out when going over steep hills. thanks |

you are the man. i checked it and it had a 2.5 in piece of silicon strip smothering it. not to mention the metal shavings. it has about 4 hours trail riding/hillclimbing on it. No wonder kawasaki puts a sticker on the fender saying as soon as you pay for it its yours no warranty implied. thanks again.
