help i put a new stator on my 88 kx 250 and now my bike goes in backwords

Timing is off, so its running backwards.
Had an old snowmobile that did that, was rather cool actually.

i adjust the time clockwise and counter clockwise will only run when all the way clockwise and still only goes backwords??????? the bike ran good before i put the new sator on i have no idea what is up now any help plese

ive swiched them back and forth tryed to start both ways and adjust time each time still backwords

key and everything else all back in right.

If it gets to be to far advanced, they can for sure run backwards.

yeah i put the key in i have tryed to move the sator about a 1/16 inch if that from the right to the left and same thing no clule ehats up proble time to lose some and take to shope
