Default KX100 Setup tips for heavier rider???

Can anyone offer tips for setting up a 2004 KX100 for a 5'7" tall, 160 pound, intermediate/advanced skilled rider?

The bike is used but in like new condition and the previous owner added an FMF Fatty pipe and flywheel weight (not sure how much weight).

As far as suspension goes, I'm looking for specifics on fork springs, amount of fork oil, rear shock springs, rebound and dampening settings, etc.

Power may be okay as is since there are no plans to race it, though it will be ridden aggressively at times. But if you have any power mod recommendations that provide a big bang for the buck I'd certainly like to hear them (guessing reeds but in past experience on YZ's, they did not make that much difference. Is that the case on KX100's). Not sure if I'll leave the flywheel weight or not. I guess we'll have to see what the power is like with it on (haven't ridden it yet). What do you guys prefer as far as flywheel weight goes? No added weight or added weight, and if so, how much added weight?

I *think* the only other consideration may be getting taller bars and/or triple clamps or an adapter to move bars up and forward. If you any of you guys are 5'7", do you feel cramped with the stock bars, etc?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Get a manual and start reading the forums. You will find all of the specs you're asking for in the manual, and it's a plus to have.
There's a whole jetting guide and I think you should read it before asking questions on jetting. It's pinned by the way.

Edit: Also everything just depends on how YOU like to ride. Do YOU want the bars up more? Do you want them down lower? Springs heavier or softer? It's all preference. If someone that's 5'7" tells you to raise your bars up, it might work for them, but not for you ... everything is all preference.
