I cracked my KX 250 rim (2000) and spotted a suitable replacement wheen online. It is off of a 2001 KX 125 however it is a 19" by 1.85 wheel, and my old wheel is a 2.15. Will I be able to tell the difference while riding? If so what can I expect?

I'm rebuilding the top end of my 2001 KX250. When I took it apart, there was oil (mixed with sand) in the cylinder (not where the piston is, but in the chambers surrounding). Do I fill these chambers up with 2 stroke oil? The manual doesn't say anything about this.
