I got my kx 250 about a week and a half ago.. Road it fine, I mixed my first tank of gas kinda rich, and now im doing 32:1. Using Castor927 high performance 2 cycle oil. I literally have to have a new spark plug just to crank up and go and ill be fine.

Has anyone heard of an AMR coil? And if so are they any good? They advertise that they deliver up to 34% more spark and better throttle reponse, but I have serious doubts... The only thing that I am considering is that this coil and a stock coil are about the same $$. Thanks

Hi, would really like to know if a 90 KX250 bore has a (nickel?) coating, can it be bored to an oversize or will it need to be re-sleeved? I read somewhere they can be repaired and re-coated. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
