Hey guys, so after some forum searching I couldn't find any concrete answers so here is my question:

I am looking for a new set of forks for my 2007 650r, either OEM or aftermarket. The problem with OEM forks is there are very few available used. I would have to buy them brand new, which unfortunately costs a bit more then I am looking to spend... as do most OEM parts.

Would it be possible to swap the stock forks with a different model bike, like the ones from 636? Would I need to modify anything on my 650r in order to make the forks fit or is it basic plug and play type of a deal?
And if the forks from 636 would not fit, are there others that would?
