06 ninja 250 seems to run on one cylinder
I bought a used ninja 250 for super cheap and it wouldn't start. After getting it to start(ish) I found it had problems idleing and it would not run without choke. It also seemed to not be funny if I the right cylinder which I I determined by touching the pipes carefully after a few minutes idleing. The left pipe would be very hot and the right would be just kinda warm. I attempted to clean the carbs and found a broken in for jet on the right carb with damage to the jet path. I replaced the carbs completely with ones off eBay which the seller assured me came from a running bike. After receiving, cleaning, and rebuilding the carbs I installed them and the bike starts reliably, idles off of choke, and the throttle will recover after a blip. The right cylinder still isn't running though! I have confirmed that the plug is firing and there is gas in the bowl (91 octane). I was able to get the cylinder to run by placeing my hand over the carb where the author would connect and thus creating a choke/seal. As soon as I remove my hand however the cylinder dies nearly immediately. I'm at a total loss as to my next step!
Thanks for any and all help!
