Those guages are sweet. I'd definitely be interested in knowing where you picked those up and how tough they were to install.

did it myself... just ordered the LED's from the net and ripped her apart and soldered them in...LOL it was the first time i ever did any real soldering, so i was a little nervous but it turned out great! you can get it done @ www.bluegauges.com but it will cost ya like 80 bones, or u can buy the LED's for about $20 and do it yourself...

thanks 4 the compliments

Did you get the led's from eled.com? I was thinking about doing that to my bike (if my husband's up to the challenge), and that's the only place I can find them online. I think the blue and red look awesome together. How long did it take you?

The bike looks great. You should post some more pictures.

here is a link with a lot of info about it... http://www.kawiforums.com/forum/topi...TOPIC_ID=47773

i ordered the leds from www.digikey.com . and bought the white LED for the shift light at radio shack, ended up with about $25 invested in LED's. Well worth it though compared to the $80+ to send it away to have done...
here are the ones i ordered
475-1007-1-ND, LB T67C-P2R1-35, LED BLUE 465NM CLEAR 2-PLCC SMD
475-1005-1-ND, LS T676-Q1R2-1, LED SUP RED 645NM CLR 2-PLCC SMD
my total with shipping for these came to $22 and I had them in 2 days. I had to go to radioshack to get some solder and a 15watt soldering iron, so i just picked up the shift light led while i was there. it is just a standard 5mm white LED and the only white 5mm that my radio shack had... so for LED's alone I spent around $25, which beats the $80 that it could have cost to send the gauge away... Then again if I would have screwed it up I would have wished i sent it away...LOL It wasnt really that hard, and i have almost zero experience with this stuff. Im glad "I" did it though, makes me like it even more...

Wow nice bike...Like the blue. Yeah the tach is cool! I was looking at changing out my tach as well...That is why on one post I got the sportech so I can read it a bit easier on sunny days. But If I can do this to my tach then that will just be more icing and bling on the cake. Thmaster got your message. In a convention until the end of the week and then I have to get some work done on my bike. The off to a family trip to San Diego for my daughters birthday. I will reply when I have a few minutes.

Thats gotta be a B*TCH for having a bike. I used to live in bethesda maryland (2 minutes outside of DC.) If i had a bike when i lived there i'd be roadkill in about a week. Wayy too much traffic.
