a lot of clips from that free ride video are actually from this group of mountain bikers called the collective. they put out movies periodically. some of those clips are from the movie roam which i own and is f---in awesome. (i ride bicycles a lot too)

I used to do stupid stuff sort off like that a few years back. Rode DH, and did a bunch of freeriding around these parts, and in the Kootenays, and the North Shore etc.
I've ridden with a couple of those guys on the video's, and they are just plain nuts man. They would huck off just about anything, just for sheets and giggles.

My poor old knees just started to hate me too much, and the recovery times got ot be too long, so I "hung it up", and started trail building instead. Did that for a few years, until I bought the motorbike..........and the rest was history.

from what i understand that whole ladder bridge and obstacle building started in BC CA and it took off from there, that's awesome that you used to ride i'm looking to get more into it soon.

The "North Shore" as it's called or North Vancouver is where it all started. Some of the stuff they build and ride up there is plain sick.
