Anything difficult about taking off rear tire on my 2006 Z750S?

Hey everyone. I'm new to this forum and just bought a 2006 Kawi Z750S. Drove the bike home 60 miles from the dealership, well actually I purposely took the very long way home so it was 110 miles...

Anyway, I pulled my new beauty into the garage and was checking it out and suddenly I notice a screw in my brand spanking new back tire. What a crapper!!! Anyway I didn't try to pull the screw out and everyone is pretty much saying I just need to buy a new back tire. Is there anything tricky about taking off the back tire so I can take it to the dealer and pay $182 to have them put a new stock tire on there? I don't want to ride the bike that far with a screw it in the tire and they local dealers want to charge me $70-$80 in labor to take off the tire and mount the new one.

This will be my first time taking off a motorcycle back tire so was curious if there was anything extensive to doing it, anything I need to be careful of, etc? Additionally does anybody know the torque values for the rear tire bolts for putting it back on? I will ask the dealer, but in case I forget I thought I would ask here as well. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Does the bike have a centerstand?If not you will have to buy a rear stand.They come in handy for oiling the chain.Get a manual and it will tell you step by step wheel removal.
