Need some tips

Hey guys. I have a 2000 zx9r that seems to be having a problem with hard acceleration. Whenever a give it full throttle I lose power at high rpm (8000 and above). Its like abrupt on/off throttle response during hard acceleration. I have herd that this is a common problem with the zx9r, so hopefuly there is an easy fix. The bike has a high flow air filter, full micron exhaust, jet kit, and flow commander if that helps anyone. I have looked at the spark plugs already and they look to be fine. So now I dont know what eles I should check. Thanks for any help you can give.

Pull the carbs and clean them and at the same time compare jet size and needle height. A friend has pulled the carbs of a 99 at least 30 times to set the carbs after they installed a pipe and filter.
Good luck and check with the pipe manufacture for jet reccomandations.
Floats may need a tweek as well as at high rpm and throttle openings the fuel is flowing.
