I just got a new 2004 ZXR, an im also new to the forms. If any of you all have this bike could you tell me how yopuo like it, i havent really gotten to ride mine yet, thank you.

The first thing I would do is dump the stock exhaust. I went with a Muzzy full system, stainless pipes with a titanium exhaust. This will save you 25 or so pounds from the overall weight, and free up more than just a few ponies. It also gave the motor a "freer" feeling, like the stock system was restricting it. Figure around $600-700 installed, but worth it. I also had
steel braided brake lines installed all around.

Make sure to give the tank plenty of polish, as it's a big tank to begin with, and is right next to the motor in terms of a focal point for the bike.
