Default 2005 ZX6-R Oil filter

Im just a tad over 1,000 miles and I am going to start using synthetic now. Plan on changing after work today, but my problem is, I am having trouble finding an oil filter.

could someone point me in the right direction?

thanks

K & N filters are pretty decent too. I plan on getting one at my next oil change. Google search or ebay.

i run either OEM or K&N filters in my bike. i didnt see a bad word about them in that write-up but i may have missed it. far as i can see the K&N's are a really good filter

didn't get it from a dealership, I got it for $4500, with 50 miles on it Being the cheap *** I am, I can't give the dealership the satisfaction of bending me over and charging $100+ dollars to change my oil and a "tune-up".

Last oil change I used some air filter from Amsoil that was the power of the delta (triangle). More expensive than the cheaper one, but it seemed to run fine.

Wow, I blame the alcohol. Here's the article I was reading:
http://www.calsci.com/motorcycleinfo/Consumables.html

One has to scroll down a bit to get to the filters. In it it mentions that it doesn't recommend the K&N-204. Nothing about any other K&N model. Why did the girlfriend leave an open bottle of wine on the counter!!!

well it was fairly easy to find an oil filter, but from doing all my research, Im 100% convinced to run Syntethic oil. and even switched my Jeep wrangler, which has 10k miles on it over to synthetic. Mobil1 10W-40 for the win.
