Changing the exhaust won't really change the performance of the Ninja 250. You will shave off some weight, but you won't see much if any boost in horsepower.
If you want more "oomph", your best bet is to change the sprockets. You will sacrifice some top end speed, but you will gain more pull on the bottom. |

Why don't you trade in that 250 on a new ZX-6R, or even better, a ZX-10R? Don't worry about the cost -- you can buy it on credit. That will be way more powerful than any souped up 250.
