Thanks. Canadian bike, we get different colours than you guys. Jodie felt kinda ripped off when she bought hers, all the reviews and pics she had seen were US models with the red frame, she really wanted the red frame, but we don't get it here. She's gettin used to hers now, personally I like it anyway.

As some of you know, I've been a little distressed about my Motorcycling future, and I was feeling the need to be with my bikes.
So cleared my calendar for Saturday (my one day off), and I flogged each of them down some back roads, then gave them both a bath.
Then I took some pics on Sunday Morning.

Constance, enjoying the morning Sunshine

...and of course her other profile is just as sexy

Little Brave was feeling frisky on Saturday, now he's all cleaned up

I swear he rides better since the 'Fender Elimination', and the Flushmounts really refine the look of the front end.

I fitted Constances' Bags, and took a couple more shots just for fun,

Wormseye view...

...and Birdseye,

I'd never guess she's a 20 year old grown woman if I didn't already know better

I also took some pics for Daemon...

Still a little Chicken Strip left here, and the middle used to be even flatter, from the P.O. riding straight highways,
but I'm probably just gonna replace the tires soon anyway

...but the Front still needs some work...

Now I just need to go ahead and order a new sheild like Xgenn's.
I really like how his looks, it would really finish her top off nicely.

nice and clean Tod, Sure would suck to have to get rid of them. I am in your corner on keeping them. Fina a different way of raising the money. hey you could get the local school cheerleaders to do a car wash in your driveway.
I would donate just for the pictures.

Hey Tod. Sorry to hear about your recent woes...Woes suck. I do not know what it is about but wish you the best. The bikes look great regardless. Memories are never forgotten.

OK Tod got me thinking about my chicken strips, here they are:
BMW Front

BMW Rear

Meanie Front

Meanie Rear

I know I should be able to do better on the beemer but I'm still not as comfortable / confident on it as I am on the meanie. Why are your "strips" less on the back? Just cause it's a wider tire? And if you had your front leaned over to the edge, wouldn't your back be riding on nothing but that little "peak". I guess that's why race tires are completely round and smooth to the bead???

Both look entirely respectable Brent. At least you don't have a bald strip in the middle and fresh nubbins still on the edge on either bike.

You'll get there on the Beemer, it's just a matter of time, ride with confidence.

awesome brent!!!
keep working on your comfort on the beemer.
it takes a while to feel that on any bike.

remember at red loodge...we were going so slow that we would back off a bit just so we could rail into the corners!!!
i kept tipping mine while i was in the mid of the corner.
talk about bored.
good thing speed and i ran off.
i was going nuts

Yep, I kinda regret not getting back up the mountain for one quick run. Jodie and I tried but left at supper and the weather looked like it was closing in, it was dusk so I was starting to think deer and Jodie was still kinda freaked after the bike crash, so we just got to the first pull out and turned around, bummer. But good excuse to go ride it again.

Jodie and I have an understanding. Once we get to the twisties, I take off through the twisties and then just back off and coast on the straights till she catches up. Rubber band effect. It's funny though cause Jodie doesn't like to go really fast through the twisties she just loves slow sweepers, but as her ability has improved I'm not even waiting for her now. Could be she also has faster better cornering bikes than the meanie lately as well.

also note the front signals.
i doubt if they are spaced well enough for the d.o.t. regs.
