06 ZX6R Exhaust, and intake&fuel "mods"

hi out there,
I have a new ZX6R "636" and have installed the "Two Brothers" carbon fiber exhaust system. Quite a bit lighter ,I might add. And I was wondering if any of you out there have any comments about Fuel/Air Intake mods to complament this loud and light weight expensive exhaust??!

powercommander + good map it'll be night and day. I run stock air filter, no real significant gains have ever really been shown when comparing a stock air filter to aftermarket air filter on dyno results, so I'll save the money n use it for other stuff
