Yeah, I used to get about three R+R's out of a factory gasket. If it's just leaking a bit you can apply some RTV to seal it up and get one more go out of it.

I just can't get up for spending $80 for a gasket I can make for $3. I found a place selling aftermarket ones for $15, but they are one off use as well.
