Default '05 ZX6R that's Spitting, Sputtering, and Bucking

I have a 2005 ZX6R that is spitting, sputtering, and bucking only in 2nd gear. Initially, it was hard to start and spitting, sputtering, and bucking in first and second gear. My dealer suggested that I put fuel injector cleaner in the tank and ride the heck out of it! I did so and the starting issues went away and the spitting, sputtering, and bucking in first gear went away. Since then, I've put some Sea Foam in the tank and have ridden it, but the problem still exists. Again, it only does it in 2nd gear....it behaves fine in all of the other gears. Any thoughts and/or solutions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I dunno if this is the case, but a lot of times people grind that 2nd gear.... might wanna wait for someone more techy than me to get some real thoughts

JasonFMHS, any info is better than what I have....so I appreciate the thought. Meanwhile, the situation has gotten worse/changed. I just got back from trying to "spray it out".....and now I shift into second and when the RPMs are ready to shift, it shifts back into neutral by itself!!! To make matters worse, my dealer has basically told me that they are too busy doing warranty work to look it at now....

EFI light isint on? Good plugs? If none of that is it, maybe clutch is way out of adjustment or your shifting forks in your tranny are tanked
