Default LED Kit Coming In, Suggestions wanted

Ok, I just ordered some LEDs from ebay and I was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions where to put them on my 500R. it comes with 4 units with 4 LEDs in each. I'm gonna buy a switch like this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...TRK%3AMEWA%3AIT
So I dont have to have them on all the time.
I was thinking one in each of the fake airscoops where my turn signals are mounted up front, one above the rear wheel somewhere, and maybe one above the engine... I think that it'll work, but I wanted suggestions from peoples too.
Also, if I do put some in the fake scoops, I think I'm gonna put some wire mesh there to give it an even better look

I'd put mine in my scoops but they aren't fake But yeah, they look kinda cool there. Best way to see how they look is to just stick em on. Just use a temorary way to fix them to the bike. Then you can decide if its the look you want or not.

I only took me about 1 and a half hours to wire 4 lights on. The hardest part is deciding how to run the wires where you want them to go. If you know how to wire stuff it takes almost no time at all to do it.

got everything in yesterday, including a Haynes for my bike Now I just have to figure out how to wire everything up... I think I'm gonna splice the switch LED into the headlight circuit, but not sure where to run power to the LEDs from. Maybe if I can find out what the accessory slot in my fusebox is for...

I ran the power and ground directly to the switch from the battery. I didn't want to drill a hole in anything to mount the switch so I set it in the rear seat compartment. Then I ran the wires along the inside the of the frame (might look for another route for them). Only thing I really spend a lot of time doing is deciding where the wires to run. I don't like any of them to show at all. I like my LEDs to be a suprise when I flip em on.

Won't it hurt them running straight from the battery? I was gonna do that, but I'm afraid I'm gonna fry the LEDs or switch...
EDIT: Just looked, everything that I got in is 12 volt circuit

Shouldn't hurt anything as long as they can take 12 volt.
