Default 05 636 Brake problem

Greetings all! Not so good of a day for me as I backed my van into my bike in preparation to hook up our trailor to take the kids to a local bike track. The bike was hinged on the kickstated, front tire and the rear bumper of my van. I was able to pull the van up without the bike falling all the way over but the kick stand is shot. I have a new one on order. Now for the issue. After getting the bike up and half-way straightening the kickstand I noticed the front brakes weren't right. They were not grabbing at the same spot each time I engaged them. Also, I noticed they were not grabbing at all when I would test drive the bike down a local street.

Is this indicative of the brakes needing to be bled out? If so, is there a step step procedure one could provide to correct this? Any help is greatly appreciated. I wanted to try this first before taking it to the shop.

You sure nothing is bent? Forks? Rotors? I could not see how the brakes would not bite unless they are tweaked...Was there any brake fluid dripping or anything?

No no fluids were dripping. I have a feeling the rotor is hosed. I'm going to take it to my local shop where I will undoubtedly get bent over but atleast I'll get it fixed right. Thanks for the help.
