Default Mods..***PICS Inside***

So i finally got my rim tape put on and cut down my finder. I also shortened the stock rear turn signals and have installed orange neons on some of the bike for at night to be seen better(no pics of these sorry). I am looking at ordering a 2 in 1 exhaust but i dunno if i wanna go with D&D V&H or who so that will have to wait. Heres some pics of the projects.

Shorter Stock Rear Turn Signals

I am ordering a new windshield (Smoke) but i have not decided if i want the stock one or the touring one so till then i stay with the clear. Also have frame sliders on order and the 2in1 exhaust once i decide on the one i want, and i am waiting on cowltech to finish the new full cowl for my bike like the one evileye has but eliminates the grab rail. Thanks for the comments.

Not half bad man, i think on the fender, you should get some little flush mounts.

I wanna get flush for the front but i think i might keep the stock ones on the rear due to visibility issues with smaller ones I dunno yet. It was free to shorten them so not like i am out any money

SL08,

That's great!! I have a 07 EX500 in Solar Pearl Yellow too!!!!

Love it!!

I've been looking at mods and you got two of the ones I wanted:

Questions:

- Which Fender Elim Kit did you use? It looks great! Where'd you get it?

- I was leaning towards the red wheel stripes .. and I'm glad we have similar tastes because you've confirmed it looks sweet!!

Thanks!!

hey Merlyn ya i saw your post on the EX-500 boards This is Semperfi500R over there (theres a post on here somewhere with the story behind my name is your wondering) anyways i got my rim tape off ebay just did a search they come in 1/4 strips already curved to fit the rim just order the 17" ones so you have a little extra to play with. They go on easy just make sure you clean the rim very well.

My fender elim i did my self just took a pencil and a dremal to it till i got my desired look. I am probably gonna trim it down a little more later. next time i pull my fairings off i'll a closer pic for you and u can see.

Thanks all for the comps.

Ya man i got them and held it up to the bike before putting them on and was like hmmm but once they went on it was a whole new look. I am looking for some ZX-5R stickers in the same color for the back where the tribal ends but i dunno.
