Default 2006 ZX-10R Owner's Manual

Hey all,
Just got myself a used '06 ZX-10 with a lot of goodies but I'm trying to look for the owner's manual and a service manual if possible. Does anyone happen to have any of these in .pdf format or similar? It would be a great tool for working on the bike, considering that I've never owned a Kawasaki before and I'm completely infatuated with my new toy. I've always been a Yamaha streetbike rider and a Honda dirt bike enthusiast.
Thank you for your help and for the warm welcome into the "GREEN" community.
Later,
W.

Check touring and sport touring. Right now the Concours posts are dominated by the C14 but a Concours is a Concours. Your 87 will fit in just fine. It's a classic sport tourer and you'll find people who're glad to help you.

Default Lowering suspension

I have an 86 Ninja 1000r that I would like to lower if possible. Any tricks or traditional ways of doing that?

probably close to 4QT keep an eye on the window when filling so you don't overfill.

thanks. It seems like it only took 3 qts. and the line was halfway of the sight glass. I started the bike and ran it for a minute. I made sure the bike was level also. does this seem weird. I did change the filter as well.

BRIAN04ZX10, a little hard to tell from the picture for me, however it looks like some sort of fuse holder / fuse block of some sort. Where did you get it?

there are 2 drain plugs one in front and one towards the back, If you only drain fromt the first one you will still leave about a quart in the engine....Cheers.

Default Hello and THANKS from a new member

Hi all...I have been reading and studying all the comments on this awesome board and would like to thank you all for your precious tips; After having had several bikes including a new Kawi Z1000 (this year) and prior Kawi 650R, I delved into getting me an '08 ZX10R. What can I say that has not been said here already except that I emphatically agree that it is a machine that deserves and demands the utmost respect. Having said that, I should like to ask anyone who may have a suggestion for this slight problem:

Whereas I have no problem riding my 10R without my helmet, I do seem to have two immediate concerns while wearing my helmets (Arai or Shoei); Firstly, my upper view is obstructed; then, the helmets push my neck down causing some fatigue in my neck. Of course, I cannot imagine riding without a full face helmet. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
Best,
Mike

there are different size openings in helmets, maybe the helmets you have don't have the "race" opening.
