Default Problem with Dash on 1995 600c.

Hey, a few weeks ago my buddy (who gave me the bike for free in the first place) came by and lowsided my 95 zx600c into some bushes. Long story short, it runs fine but there's a problem with the dash I'm having trouble with.

Turn signals, hi beam lamp, and speedo all work fine.

Tach, fuel gauge, temp gauge, and neutral light all do not work.

I have the bike torn apart right now but haven't found anything. Was expecting a pulled harness or popped fuse, but the only fuses I can find are the 4 under the seat and they're fine.

I've chased the wiring as best I can without cutting open the looms but everything seems OK. It was a very low speed crash....

Any pointers? I'm stuck. Please help!
