Not sure I like the idea of driving around with a bomb in my crotch.

    Nice looking, though.

    Um, yeah, what he said.

Hydrogen is explosive in very small amounts. Gas is merely flammable.

    Exclamation well . .

well.. i found hundreds of pages saying the contraire, including BMW German reports etc..

but as you might want an Internal opinion this is what U.S Energy department think about hidorgen vehicles:

Technical Report: Hydrogen safer than gasoline (Hydrogen) energyportal24.com

and i quote: Swain concluded: "No car is perfectly safe, but hydrogen is safer than gasoline."

and here another link of Why:

EVWORLD FEATURE: Hydrogen Car Fire Surprise:HYDROGEN | FIRE | GASOLINE | FLORIDA | SWAIN | FUEL CELL | TANKS

If you google aboout safety of hybrid cars youll find hundred of reports, but even you try harder to find a decent report saying the contraire you wont, i could find just a yahoo answer saying the contraire! o and wasnt choosed as best answer.

I wouldn't call two articles posted from entities that are pushing hydrogen power to be exactly unbiased. So I don't see how there is any "ownage" whatever that is.

I base my stance on working with hydrogen, and having seen what it can do. If you go down and spring a fuel leak with gasoline, you get fire. With hydrogen you will get a sizable explosion.

It looks to me like there is either a storage tank or an expansion tank there in where the jugs would be on a standard twin.
