Need some advice..96 zx-9r, or 05 636??

As some of you know, I have been trying to sell the 04 250 that I bought for my girlfriend. I have had no takers unless I am willing to drive it to Maine (from NY) and have had several offers for a trade for a car, boat, 4 wheeler, and snowmobile. I was at a dealer getting an inspection for my 500 today and asked what I could get for a trade in on the 250 and was told about $2,000. This is where curiosity got the best of me....I asked the same about my 500 and was surprised to hear $4,200. I am not sure as to whether or not I am going to do something now or wait till fall or spring, but here are my options.

1) I could trade my 500 and $500 for a 96 zx-9r.
2) Trade both in for either an 05 zzr 600 or 05 636. I was favoring the 600 mainly due to price until I asked for a price on the 636. $7,975 plus tax. This basically means that I can get a 636 if I take out a $2500 loan?

Should I just sell the 250 for now and wait till fall for the 500 or upgrade now?

Eh, personaly I'd go with the 636. Thats me though, my style of riding, and my preference on the looks of the bikes. Loans don't bother me either cause I always pay them off early. Now the question is after you're done debating that... Should I get a ZX-10R or a ZX-6RR next year... lol. Man, I know what your going through. My friends tell me I should get the 1000 cause I'd have more fun with it on the street and that I already have a 600 for a race bike. I'm trying to not let money become part of the desission.

Tell ya what though man. If I were you I'd sell the 250 and wait for the 06's to come out.

I have actually been debating waiting for the 2006 models and searching the web for sneak peaks. The only thing I found was a picture of a 2006 zx-12R. I was going to include the zx-10 in my choices, but I think a 636 will be plenty for me. I have no desire to do 100mph wheelies. I have been on the phone with the dealer since my last post talking prices. The main problem is that I have a 4600 balance on my account and my girlfriend account has a 3100 balance. For both accounts to be wiped to a 0 balance, both bikes trade in, I will end up having a total balance of less than $5,400 on my goodtimes account all taxes and fees included with 4.9 apr. Sounds like a good deal to me.

You won't find much on 06 models till after the Las Vegas Show in September. No use in wasting your time on them right now, hehe.

Well I went back to thea dealer today, and it seems as though the finance lady made a mistake. The amount she originally told me that I would be financing would be if both bikes were paid off in full. So she made the decision easy for me.....its gonna be the 500 for while.....
