New to Forum

Hello All,

I am new to the forum, but do not have a bike at this time. I will be getting a bike this coming spring. I am a bit torn which way to go. My last bike was a 1998 Honda 1100 ACE Tourer...a great ride. I am looking into getting another touring bike. Not that I will be riding X country, but I want a good commuting bike with lots of storage.

I am considering a Voyager, Goldwing, Venture, Concours or another ACE Tourer. The ACE Tourers are hard to find. I'm especially interested in the Voyager because I've heard that it is a little less cumbersome(in terms of overall size) and ? better handling versus some of the other tourers. I haven't heard much about the Voyagers. Are they good bikes in terms of reliability? Are there any particular years that I would want to avoid? Stange idiosyncrasies that I should know? I guess I would be interested in the same info regarding the Concours, but isn't the Concours just a Ninja with side bags? I wasn't too impressed with the bags on the Concours.

Any info would appreciated. I am really looking forward to getting back on two wheels! Thanks.

Even I want to buy a bike but I want someone to tell me how to purchase a bike. I mean, I want to buy the best bike at best price. which are the specifications I should look for?
