Hey, where is the correct tire pressure (numbers) written on the tires of the motorcycle? I know that's a dumb question, but I really don't know.
I have Sportmax D207 tires which are the orginal tires that came with my 2005 ZZR600. I know it's important to keep your tires properly inflated. Today, I had my tire pressure checked at a tire shop and was told both tires needed 2 lbs of additional air. The total air inflated in each tire was 42 lbs. Does that sound right? linc2 |

I don't have a sportbike, so I don't know the difference between my tires and yours. But I carry 40psi in both my tires, and they perform very well at that pressure. I think you're much better having more air in them than being underinflated.
