I appreciate the humor, I like this site.

NE Way, heres the other question I had. Does this match or look really slapped together? I have this jacket and the white pants. I like them both but the pants are mens, hard time finding womens in this store (can't really find anything online either) I have a white, matte helment w/ light blue flames. I just am not feeling really comfortable about the look but would value a few opinions. I think what I really want to do is get a white or black jacket but the helment wouldn't match too much...agh.

Lia...your blue jacket (i've seen it) would go with the black or white pants...BUT...as you put miles on your bike...the white pants will begin to look dirty pretty quickly from road grime and bugs...etc. Just a thought.

I doubt you'll get many complaints.... I think it would be safe to say that some of us share the love for Cap'n Crunch as well (peanut flavor's the best tho) so it's all good. You did bring cereal right?!

I like both of them together as far as coordinating colors. I would have to agree with Whistle about them getting trashed pretty quickly from road debris... But they do look sharp, I think.

Hey, I had finals this week. Mght as well unplug the internet, it is really easy to procrastinate here. I mean, ya know, finals and studying are enthralling and all, but this is just so much more fun!

Oh, ya know I didn't think about the road grime factor...hm what to do? What to do?
BTW. I do have the Kitty helmet! No chaps though, that's a little too much! Well, I'll have to think about what I want to do. Maybe a full body outfit. It's probably safer. If you have any ideas about the situation I would love to hear them. I am having trouble deciding. I hate those kinds of days!

Hi Lia!

I wouldn't wear white; everyone's right about them getting dirty. But black is also really hot. I'm going to look for a light-colored textile jacket of summer riding. The jacket I have now is red and light grey. My last bike was red, so it looked good. Doesn't match my new bike, which is dark green and black, but the red shows up really well visually. I think it helps people see me better.

Good luck with your finals, girls. My oldest son and stepdaughter are both in college, too, and have finals in a couple of weeks. Lots of studying going on in our house!

I crew chief for my husband who races a 02' Hayabusa (pumped up) and he crew chiefs for me on mine! We ride as often as possible, which is pretty often now that the weather is getting nicer.
