Hi

I'm 32 (not for long lol), I live in Queensland Australia, I've been riding for a year and I have a beautiful 2003 ZX6 that likes to fall over usually when stationary.

My other half rides an 05 ZX12, both our bikes are black and we usually ride every weekend..
um... I don't have much more to say .. except a ladies section in a kawasaki forum = heaven

Default Hey all!

I started riding shortly after my 32nd birthday. I started out on a 250R. Now my teen son rides the 250R. I now ride a 2002 ZX600E. I just love it. I would love to race one day......

I have attended the Ed Bargy School of racing. They offered a street course, so i enrolled in the street course, money well spent. Now I want to take a racing course. We shall see!

Hi NinjaFreak!

Sounds like you really love your bike. How great that you want to race. I bet your son thinks you're the coolest mom in the world.

Hello Ladies~ I have a 05 EX500. I have rode dirt bikes since before I was even out of my training pants! :u) I have been a pretty backpack for my better half for far toooo long so I bought my first bike in March of this year. I LOVE my bike. It is the best beginner bike. I just put a Muzzy pipe on it and did a jet kit. My bike is 30lbs lighter and hauls butt now. I go on all the guys rides and they are all very supportive and wait for me now and then. My better half has a GSXR1000 and has been riding for 20 years. We have fun riding with each other and it has brought us closer together because now I am in the garage changing my oil so we talk alot more. Didn't think that me getting my own bike would make my love life better but it did. Nice to chat with all you beautiful ladies who ride or just have a love for it. Ride Crazy~Take Chances

~Live it~Love it~Ride it~

Default Helllllooooo ladies

Hey gals,
I was reading the very first posts and then I skipped to the most recent, sooo I do not know if there are any people my age or not.... hope you don't mind. Maybe you can all just remind me to not show off too much . I just rode my 2001 Ninja 500R for the first time this last weekend!! I love it, I also have this really cool helmet that my friend who used to own the bike gave me, ohhh and I just turned 24 . My mom is afraid for me, but then isn't every mother, I can't wait to get to know all of you!! I think us girls look sooooo sexy on bikes, there should be tons more! Ohhh, and I am an insurance agent, love horses, drawing, doing things that I shouldn't (though I am trying to get better at that, why I got my bike). I am going to try getting my pic up......
And I need some opinions, the bike I am getting has about 700 miles on it, I know the first owner and I am getting it for 3K, do you think this is a good price? Are there any lady bikers here in OH?

Welcome to the forum mach1 $3K isn't too bad for that kind of mileage, especially if there is no other damage. However, I would have it checked over by a reliable mechanic before doing any extensive riding. Since it's an 01 and has light mileage, it's probably been sitting for a while. I would have the carborators looked at and tires especially. Carbs for glazing and tires for dry-rot. It also probably needs an oil change and possibly other fluid changes (the manual will tell you which.) While it may cost you some money, the safety is worth it

Cool, yeah, I think my friend got it about 1-2 yrs ago, and they did have it setting out, however they just got it checked out and the oik changed. She did drop it once, causing some minor bendage on the windshield and there is what looks like a small cut on the rear tire. Which I may ask them if they can get replaced or fixed before i buy it. I am kinda paying that much as a favor too... this guy who has it now is really lame when it comes to making financial decisions ^-^ . Thank you SOOO Much!! And you will never guess, I know a couple people who race over here at National Trails, so I was thinking of getting their help, they know a TON! Now I need to get gear.

Cool Hellooooooo

Hi Ladies!!
I'm new here..and just love the fact that there is a section just for the ladies!!! I'm 36 and have been a passenger on my girlfriend's Vulcan for a year now, and I'm ready for my own bike!
BUT.... I'm petite (5 feet, somewhere between 120-130 lbs ) so I have figured the Eliminator would be the best for me. If anyone knows of a 'gently' used Eliminator for sale in the NYC area, let me know!!
I'm looking forward to learning a lot on this site!!
