Yeah, I would return those you got, and get some of the Asian Signals.

Lot's of reviews I found on those ones you have now, people weren't satisfied with the overall finished product. Just looks slapped on there, not really like it was meant to.

Well, I've never had to use any grease on the bolts on my bike. Some specifics would be helpful, such as which bolts are you referring to, what bike do you have, are the bolts rusted, etc? With a little more info, we might be able to point you in the correct direction.

We got the spark plugs changed out...they were in a pretty bad state. Instead of crank, crank, crank, sputter-sputter-sputter die, it now just fires right up! We took the tank off and the undid the fairings to access the plugs, it wasn't TOO bad putting it back together. After all, I can put IKEA furniture together so I have some skills

My hubby tightened some bolts down and we'll see if the oil leak stops. It needs to be ridden a bit, but we decided to go boating on Sunday. Let see...hmm....oh yeah, we ran some Sea Foam through it too. Gotta love Sea Foam!

And last, but certainly not least, I dropped my bike Sunday night! What can I say, really? I was tired, hungry, and was just trying to move the dang thing out of the way so we could put the boat back in the garage. One minute I'm looking down at the kickstand and the driveway and the next thing I'm laying in the grass with the bike on top of me! I barely even made a sound...my hubby just turned around and picked it up off of me...LOL

Scratches? Ha! Bike already had scratches...I don't think I could pick out new scratches from old ones We just gracefully slumped over in the grass that's all! I remember thinking, "oh, this is kinda heavy."

I have an 89' EN450, and none of the bolts are really rusted out, but they are not coming out easily. I just want to re-lube 'em so if I have to remove them again, I won't have such problems. Thus far, all I have taken out is the clutch lever. I had a buddy that was a mechanic, and he used a big can o' grease on the bolts he put back into the older bikes. I can't remember the brand...
