What do you think of a vertically challenged (5'1) beginner rider purchasing a buell blast????

Well, looking at their specs, they offer two seat hieghts, with your size, I would look at the low profile seat, at 25.5" from the ground.

Definately try it on for size before you buy, regardless of bike or your physical size.
