    Maybe an option for them?

I would have loved to go into that field but it doesn't seem as though it pays as well as I wanted unless you go into psychiatry.

I think schools today are so very over-priced. But if you company is helping with the costs, that's awesome! Good luck with that!

Actually, it paid very well. My annual income for 2007 was 55k. Unfortunately, I gave up my position at the psychiatric hospital and moved to Maine. Since Maine doesn't acknowledge my license, I'm kind of at a standstill. But the 12 years of experience I've gained are priceless to me. I love my field of work... I just wish this state would acknowledge my license and pay me what my experience is worth. Ya know?

I need to invest in a leather. Maybe next riding season will produce more income.
I know that they don't like advertising on the forum, but I get nothing for reccomending Bikerleather . com., I got my coat there 3 years ago, and its still going strong. Their adds show leathers for the ladies as well. Can't hurt to look. I paid $99.00 for my riding jacket, and it came with a liner. its holding up very well.

I like my scorpion for warm riding, its ballistic nylon or whatever, saved my skin at 40 mph sliding for 120 feet. In the winter I always wear my leathers

    Tonight
Windy. Mostly cloudy. Areas of blowing dust in the evening. Isolated showers in the evening...then scattered showers after midnight mainly east of Highway 95. Snow level lowering to 5500 feet. Lows 30 to 40. West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph becoming northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph by late evening.
We have our own weather brewing around here as well, there is a storm system coming in from the Pacific that extends from Canada to Ca. We are already experiencing 50 degree days and windy dusty conditions, and its not looking much better for the next week or more.

Mostly cloudy. A chance of rain showers in the evening. Lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph in the evening...becoming 5 to 15 mph overnight. Gusts up to 20 mph in the evening. Chance of precipitation 30 percent.

Since we are located at 2500' elevation, we are not expecting snow for a while yet, but it will get here all too soon. And it ain't going to be pretty. I think Cary and I will be quite busy clearing driveways very soon. At least I have my tractor running, and also have a shiney new S#$W thrower as well for this winter.

I was ripped off by my dealer. Does that count?

My specific field was pediatric counseling. My title was: Crisis Intervention Counselor. And do you know what I discovered almost immediately? That even though the children did indeed have issues they needed help with, most of their problems derived from their parents. We'd be working with the kids for weeks, then finally meet the parents, and suddenly, we'd say, "Ah, it all makes sense now!" lol Meetings with the social workers and DHS were always interesting.

Makes sense to me....when the show Supernanny first came out...I don't know if you watched it but it was obvious after the first few episodes the kids weren't "bad" the parents just didn't have a clue. once she got the parents in line...the kids fell right in too!! I think it would be so rewarding dealing with kids

Charged ya for helium, but really just used air in your tires?

And too low of psi is my guess?

    Am I right?
Why do supposed professionals tell you something is a law, and when you check its not?

Put 34 lbs of missing air in my new to me nomads tires that I picked up today and now it doesn't ride like it's on ice anymore. I guess we got your bike all ready for you doesn't mean ALL ready for you. I mean really would is there really to check fliuds, tire pressure and make sure major parts aren't ready to fall off. live and learn,
