Question What did you do to your motorcycle today?

Ours got a good wash and polish yesterday. Couldn't ride due to the Ironman, so a little tlc was the next best thing.

I let mine get a breath of fresh air yesterday. Took her to a gas station to rescue my brother on his Goldwing (couldn't get his gas cap cover open).

Now she is all comfy again in the shop.

Gave it a good wash and some wax. I also fixed the loose wire that was causing the neutral light to malfunction. I never thought it was an issue, but being in traffic, thinking your in neutral, then dumping the clutch "while still in gear" can be REALLY embarrising.

This is only the 6th of 7th time I have not ridden to work since the first of June.

    So there....

It is great to be able to ride to work. Makes it a little less grievious to go in. Then the ride home is a great stress reliever. My commute is 80 mile round trip.

    Ride safe.

Hmmm. gave my Vulcan a wash n wax yesterday morning. Cleaned the spokes and then worked on my Sporster for a couple hours. My wife won some saddlebags for it this spring at a charity event and I've been fooling with them for about a month now ( off n on ) trying to make them fit. Think I finally got them where I want them but it sure took a few man hours to do it.

I don't mind riding in the rain, I just can't make myself leave in the rain. Same goes for hunting and fishing.
